On October 31, 1517 Martin Luther posted his ninety-five theses to the church door in Wittenberg in order to stimulate public debate on the issues. This little booklet contains all of Luther's theses with explanatory notes added by the editor, Stephen Nichols, to put the Reformer's classic statement in everyone's reach. "Martin Luther has left a legacy that continues to enrich the church through his writings.... All of this may be traced back to the last of in October 1517 and the nailing of the Ninety-Five Theses to the church door."
